Can I measure vitamin c (from liquid) by using chromatography?
It's for a science project. I don't knowany other way i can measure vitamin c that comes from a liquid. Any suggestions?

- You might check out Edmons Scientific on the web or catalogue for a test strip for testing the concentration of different substances. Then calculate the approximate amount by volume. Otherwise you will need a spectrophotometer and a base line like pure deionized water and the readings from a certified buffer solution.
